Life After Covid

I have been back to work for a couple of months now. I’m walking my 2 and a half miles 5 days a week and going to the gym and yoga classes as often as possible. I have had no complications, unless we want to count some hair falling out. That seems to be a common after-effect. The brain fog has cleared, thank goodness! That one I was a bit worried about. I continue to feel deep gratitude for so many things I now realize I took for granted, such as being able to breathe, being able to walk normally, and simply waking up in the morning. My gratitude for being able to share love with my family and community also continues to be strong.
