Immunity and Health Information
Probably like many of you, I am constantly educating myself on how we can stay healthy during this very stressful time. I would like to share some of the resources I like and what I am personally doing these days.
Some of my favorite online resources are: Dr. Peter Osborne, Dr. Mark Hayman, Dr. Tom OBryan, Dr. Christine Schaffner, Dr. Marty Rossman, Dr. Joseph Mercola, Ari Whitten, Ron Grisanti, Dr. Jockers, Wendy Myers, and Sophia Education.
The main things I am taking are: Vitamin C, Quercetin, Vitamin D3 ( need to also take Vitamin K2 with it ), NAC, Vitamin A, Omega 3, Vitamin B12 and folate, Supreme Protector from Dragon Herbs, a pre- and pro biotic, zinc lozenges, Astragalus and a multi-vitamin. I put what I can in a protein drink which includes chlorophyl, Cat’s Claw, avocado, sometimes banana, blue berries, and pineapple. I alternate between Wellness Formula, Defense Plus, and Moducare for immune support. I also take colostrum, Glutathione, lemon balm tincture, I drink a lot of teas, including green tea, chaga tea, lemon ginger, and Reishi Mushroom. I make a cup of hot lemon water with garlic, ginger, honey, and apple cider vinegar. If I go out in public I add Virugo Max from Dragon Herbs, colloidal silver internally, colloidal silver and Zicam nose spray. I take epsom salt baths to keep my magnesium levels good. There are probably some other things as well but this is enough. At some point I will go into more detail about why I take some of the things I do. I just wanted to at least share this much.
